Perspective of wheelchair users about community mobility and accessibility of public facilities in Binan City was determined using a questionnaire. Results show that 60% of the respondents were able to access the public facilities, however, 40% experienced environmental barriers when they use a public facility in Binan City. Recommendations are provided to manage more accessible public places.
